Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited, Birmingham-based, seeks an Employment Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE to handle broad employment matters from day one. You will work alongside experienced lawyers, advising businesses and senior individuals, drafting policies, and managing tribunal matters as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 1-5 Years PQE.
• Experience across a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in understanding clients and their businesses.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advising businesses and senior individuals on a broad range of employment issues and strategic matters.
• Drafting and reviewing employment documentation, including contracts, policies and procedures.
• Taking responsibility for employment tribunal matters through their lifecycle.
• Advising on employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Assisting clients with data protection issues, including subject access requests.
• Keeping clients informed and building relationships that extend beyond individual matters.
• Developing sector expertise and staying ahead of changes in employment law.
• Getting involved in business development, including seminars, client events and written content.
