Employment Solicitor

Part time or Full time, 5+ year PQE.

Base pay range: £60k - £80k plus excellent bonus scheme and benefits.

Location: Office based, Kent.

My client is a niche dispute resolution practice providing innovative, cost-effective, commercially oriented, proactive and tenacious legal advice to individuals and businesses in Kent, London and worldwide.

Clients include international businesses, PR agencies, professional services firms, small business owners, company HR and finance departments, families, politicians and high net‑worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Private and Commercial Clients.
• Drafting shareholder agreements.
• Drafting terms of business.

Qualifications

• 5 years PQE or more.
• Strong employment law experience.
• Commercial law experience (advantage).
• Dynamic and robust individual.
• Will be the primary point of contact for the firm in employment matters.
• Assist with the development of the firm.
