Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, with control over client relationships and fee arrangements. The role emphasizes business development and growing a personal client following within a flexible, modern working environment.

You will bring 4+ years PQE, strong drafting/advocacy, and a commercial mindset to broaden the practice and deliver outstanding client outcomes while ensuring sustainable growth.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:
