An established and growing London law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its expanding team.

The role

You will join a growing Employment team within the firm's wider Dispute Resolution practice.

The role will involve:

• Advising employers and employees across a broad range of employment matters
• Handling contentious and non-contentious employment work
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate support
• Developing and maintaining direct client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across the firm's Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About you

We are looking for a solicitor with:

• 2+ years' PQE
• Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills
• The confidence to deal directly with clients
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach
• A genuine interest in developing your career and contributing to the growth of a team
