Austen Lloyd, a well-regarded Essex law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team. The role targets solicitors with around 2+ years PQE and offers the chance to handle a varied employment law caseload within a busy practice.

You will advise on a wide range of matters, including employee relations, disciplinary procedures, tribunal claims, redundancy, and drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in employment law.
• Ability to manage own caseload with support.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

The Role:
