In the role of Employment & Skills Lead at Orbit Group, you will lead and develop the strategic delivery of our Better Days Employability and Skills Programmes across our communities. Your role is key to providing our customers with essential support to deal with life’s challenges, improving their skills and employment opportunities to fulfil their potential.
As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience of conceptualising, preparing, organising and delivering large-scale employment programmes, with specific skills in strategic partnerships and a solid background in employability. You will have experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team, managing project delivery timescales and progress.
This role can be based out of any of our Orbit office locations (Coventry, Kent, Norwich) and will require travel across the Midlands, the South and the East. Driving license and access to your own car is essential.
This role is part of our Customer directorate where you'll help us to lead the way in keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
