We are seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate with over 6 years of post-qualification experience to join our client's team in Newbury. The responsibilities include providing expert legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, handling a diverse caseload including disputes, employment contracts, policies, and procedures. You will represent clients in employment tribunals and provide strategic advice on dispute resolution, develop and maintain strong client relationships, stay abreast of legislative changes, ensure compliance with employment law regulations, and mentor and support junior members of the team in their professional development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in employment law post qualification, strong knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, a proven track record of successfully handling complex employment cases, excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
