Job Description

Vialto Partners is looking for a Manager to join a rapidly growing team in our Employment Tax business.

We are looking for an individual with experience on a broad range of Employment Tax matters who is keen to develop and progress in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The individual would be comfortable managing client engagements and projects, delivering across a broad range of complex areas, helping drive key team initiatives and supporting the development of the wider team.

The employment tax team provides consulting services, compliance, technical advice and analysis on all aspects of employment taxes to a range of clients from entrepreneurs and small businesses, to multinational organisations across all industries. We advise on regulatory and legislative change and help clients to manage their domestic and international employment tax risks effectively, so enthusiasm to understand our clients problems and help them to make informed decisions is vital in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Advising clients on employment tax compliance and advisory matters, including PAYE, National Insurance, benefits, and expenses.
  • Conducting employment tax reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supporting clients with HMRC enquiries, audits, and dispute resolution.
  • Providing guidance on share schemes, employee incentives, and termination payments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to offer holistic tax solutions to clients.
  • Staying up to date with UK employment tax legislation and HMRC regulations.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant or Tax Professional (ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK employment tax regulations.
  • Experience in advising on PAYE, National Insurance, IR35, and share schemes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • This is a regular full-time position.
