Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in Employment and/or Pensions law is essential.
• Must have experience managing a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on client matters, providing clear and commercially focused advice.
• Manage own caseload of employment tribunal claims.
• Ensure high service standards and compliance.

Skills
