Job summary

Anthony Collins Solicitors in Birmingham is seeking a Client Services Executive to support the Private Client team. You will provide vital administrative and client-focused support to help deliver an excellent service to clients.

The role primarily supports fee earners in the Child Care team but offers opportunities to work across other private client areas, including family and personal planning. Hybrid working and a focus on compliance are key features.

Qualifications

• Experience handling highly sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong commitment to professional discretion and data protection.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy for routine correspondence.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage BigHand dictations and tasks, file notes, and counsel instructions.
• Provide email and call handling support for assigned legal advisors.
• Maintain physical and electronic files and document management via iManage.
• Process disbursement payments and keep financial records accurate.
• Arrange conferences and prepare bundles for hearings and trials.
• Support CE-File processes and ensure compliance with Lexcel standards.
