Qualifications

• 2-4 years post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Interest in both contentious and non-contentious work.
• Proactive, organised and client-facing with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage an existing caseload of corporate clients.
• Provide advice on employment law matters (contentious & non-contentious).
• Act for employers and employees on a range of issues.
• Advise on settlement agreements, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employment status.
• Work on Employment Tribunal matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
• Advise on sponsor licences, worker visa applications, and right-to-work checks as part of the immigration team.
• Represent clients in tribunal proceedings as needed.
• Identify marketing opportunities and cross-sell other practice areas.
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and maintain professional development.
