G2 Legal Limited is seeking an Employment Partner to play a pivotal role in its Glasgow Employment practice. You will advise a diverse client base on a wide range of employment matters and contribute to the strategic development of the team in Scotland.

You will work with a national team, enjoy a collaborative leadership culture, and have the opportunity to influence growth and development across the firm’s employment platform.

• Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Supporting clients through restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes
• Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and senior employee issues
• Acting as a trusted adviser to boards and leadership teams
• Building long-term client relationships
• Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
• Mentoring and developing colleagues

This role offers the chance to play a key part in a growing Employment practice in Glasgow, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment matters while helping to drive the strategic development of the team in Scotland.

The role

As an Employment Partner, you’ll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on complex employment law matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
