G2 Legal Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor in Glasgow, hybrid role offering quality advisory work and work-life balance. You will advise employers on employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance, providing commercial guidance to a diverse client base.

The role requires a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in employment law and a practical, proactive approach. You'll join a modern team focused on client service and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employers across a wide range of matters.
• Commercial, pragmatic and an excellent communicator.
• Organised, able to work independently and knows when to escalate.
• Confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance.
• Give commercial, tailored guidance to each client.
• Keep accurate records on internal systems.
• Refer matters needing specialist input.
• Stay up to date with employment law developments.
• Contribute to client training, legal updates and business development.
