The role involves managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal files and supporting the existing Employment team with non-contentious work.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases of claimant tribunal litigation, with potential assistance on respondent litigation
• Managing a varied caseload, including discrimination and protected disclosure cases
• Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims
• Handling Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, negotiating settlements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary

Experience Required

• Knowledge of employment law and legal experience in a law firm
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Teamwork skills
