Employment Lawyer - 6 Month FTC

A global financial services organisation is seeking to hire an Employment Lawyer on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist employment law advice on matters including contractual issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, discrimination, and equal opportunities.
  • Prepare contractual documentation aligned with employment terms and conditions.
  • Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
  • Support the EMEA HR team with daily inquiries and ongoing employment matters.
  • Assist with employment litigation processes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and support function leads to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
  • Experience advising within the financial services sector.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
