Job summary

Liberty Towers is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its growing private-practice team. The role offers genuine flexibility with full-time, part-time or consultancy options, and fully remote UK work.

You will manage a diverse caseload, advise on a wide range of matters, draft contracts and policies, and represent clients in tribunals as needed. Autonomy and a supportive culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in employment law within private practice.
• Experience handling own caseload independently.
• With claimant and/or respondent clients, strong advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution.
• Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and handbooks.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings when required.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to SME and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and support firm growth.

The Opportunity

An established and growing private practice is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+++ years PQE) to join its expanding team, with a role built around genuine flexibility. This firm has structured the position to fit around you and is open to:

• Full time or part time arrangements
• Traditional employed positions
• Consultancy agreements

The Role

You will:

• Manage your own varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution

About You

You will be:

• A UK qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law within private practice
• Experienced in handling your own caseload independently
• Confident advising claimant and/or respondent clients
• Comfortable working remotely, with strong organisation and self management skills
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions focused
