Job Title: Employment Solicitor (Remote - Claimant Focused)
Location: Fully Remote

The Opportunity

We are thrilled to be working with a leading employment law firm to recruit a talented and driven Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work fully remotely while handling a high-quality caseload focused on claimant work, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and settlement agreements.
The firm is known for its progressive culture, supportive team environment, and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for its clients. This role would suit a solicitor who is confident working independently and looking to build on strong experience in employment law.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to conclusion
• 
  Assess case merits and advise on the best method of funding
• 
  Prepare Early Conciliation forms and lodge ET1s
• 
  Provide expert legal advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances
• 
  Draft legal documentation, letters, and settlement agreements
• 
  Conduct advocacy at preliminary and full Tribunal hearings as required
• 
  Maintain high standards of client care and communication
• 
  Accurately manage case files and meet billing targets

Essential Criteria

• 
  Strong background in employment law
• 
  Demonstrated experience running Tribunal claims from start to finish
• 
  Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunals
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Strong IT proficiency, including case management systems
  

Desirable Criteria

• 
  All levels of qualified solicitors will be considered
• 
  Previous claimant-side experience in employment law
