Service Care Solutions are currently working in partnership with a law firm seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their team on a consultancy basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Employment Solicitor looking for a fully remote working arrangement, offering flexibility and autonomy alongside an attractive fee-sharing structure. The successful consultant will benefit from a 70% share of the fees they bill. The firm anticipates an indicative annual billing figure of approximately £100,000. This is an estimation to provide an idea of the potential billing expectations and earning opportunities within the arrangement, rather than a fixed annual target or contractual requirement. Actual billings will depend on the consultant's workload, client instructions and business generated. Importantly, candidates must already have an established client base and a reliable, ongoing pipeline of work that they can bring into the consultancy arrangement. This opportunity is best suited to a commercially minded Solicitor who has an existing following of clients and can generate their own instructions.
