Service Care Solutions are partnering with a law firm to recruit an Employment Law Solicitor on a consultancy basis. Fully remote with flexible working and the ability to bring your existing client base and pipeline.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise on dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and draft contracts. The role offers a 70% fee share and autonomy with access to the firm's infrastructure as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Experience in Employment Law.
• Ability to bring an established client base and pipeline of work.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Advise employers and employees on a broad range of employment law issues.
• Handle unfair and wrongful dismissal claims.
• Advise on discrimination, harassment and victimisation matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and procedures.
• Maintain and develop relationships with your existing client base.
• Manage billing, time recording and client matters effectively.
