Job summary

QC Legal is seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in employment law to join its highly regarded team in Leeds. The role covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters for leading national and international clients.

You will advise on HR issues, complex strategic projects and significant tribunal litigation, while developing client relationships and benefiting from structured training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Strong technical ability with commercial awareness and practical judgement.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Support clients on day-to-day HR issues and strategic projects.
• Work on employment tribunal litigation and workplace disputes.
• Advise on whistleblowing, business protection and employee relations.
• Develop relationships with a high-calibre client base and collaborate across practice areas.
