Mishcon de Reya LLP in London seeks an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join the Employment Department's Knowledge team. You will shape the department's knowledge strategy, support business development, and harness technology to improve client service.

The role combines client-facing thought leadership with internal training, drafting precedents, and maintaining know-how resources while collaborating across the firm.

Competenze

• 5+ years PQE in a leading firm or chambers.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and practice.
• Proven enthusiasm for business development and knowledge commercialisation.
• Excellent writing and drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to adopt new technologies and working methods.
• Confident relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.

• Shape and deliver the department's knowledge strategy in collaboration with colleagues.
• Provide strategic, targeted support for business development and client initiatives.
• Use knowledge and technology to create opportunities and improve client service.
• Create and contribute content for client alerts and publications.
• Coordinate and deliver internal and client training via Mishcon Academy and other channels.
• Draft, maintain and update precedents and know-how repositories.
• Monitor developments and provide horizon scans to lawyers and clients.
• Manage knowledge pages on Mishcon Knowledge and other repositories.
• Assist in risk management and compliance across the department.
• Respond to technical queries from fee-earners.
• Conduct in-depth research to produce clear materials for clients and fees.
• Contribute to national policy and legislation discussions in employment law.
