Their growth strategy is heavily focused on Europe, and they are seeking an experienced employment and labour lawyer to join their global legal team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a broad range of European employment and labour law issues, including navigating and managing works council and union issues, with a particular focus on France.

You will work closely with their People & Culture team and other stakeholders across global operations, and manage specialized external counsel as needed.
