Job summary

Triage is seeking an Employment Adviser to support people across the Middlesbrough & Redcar area on their path to sustainable employment. You will help participants build confidence, develop employability skills, and prepare for jobs and interviews while coordinating with employers and Jobcentre teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in guidance, training, employability or other people-focused role.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment and achieving outcomes.
• Experience of supporting individuals to achieve employment, training or personal development goals.
• Experience of managing a caseload and developing personalised action plans.

Responsibilities

• Work with participants one-to-one, helping them prepare for work and settle into employment.
• Collaborate with employers, Jobcentre teams and partner organisations to create opportunities.
• Tailor support to meet individual needs and overcome barriers.
