Job summary

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking an Employability Adviser to support the delivery of an employability programme, helping people who are out of work overcome barriers and move towards sustainable employment.

You will manage a caseload, provide one-to-one mentoring and tailored employment support, and work closely with individuals to understand their circumstances and help them achieve employment goals across community-based settings, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people who are unemployed or facing barriers to employment.
• Strong communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a caseload and maintaining accurate client records.
• Ability to build positive relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Person-centred, practical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing personalised employability advice and mentoring.
• Carry out assessments and develop individual action and support plans.
• Provide ongoing reviews and adapt support to changing needs.
• Help clients access education, training and job opportunities.
• Travel to different locations as required by role.
