Job summary

Fedcap UK is recruiting a dedicated, target-driven professional to deliver tailored, one-to-one job-search support under the DWP Restart Scheme in Reading. You will manage a caseload, conduct face-to-face appointments, and create SMART action plans to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers and secure sustainable work.

Qualifications

• Background in target-driven roles or delivering services to meet contractual/quality standards.
• Ability to build rapport and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with accurate customer records.
• Resilience and a growth mindset with a passion for making a difference.
