Fedcap UK is recruiting for a 12-month fixed-term contract role based onsite in Reading (RG1 7QE). The position offers a starting salary of £28,438 rising to £30,253 after successful training and competence demonstration. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

You will deliver tailored, one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers and secure sustainable work, while meeting targets and KPIs and collaborating with external services.

What You'll Do:

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) - with plenty of support along the way
• Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
• Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
• Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers

What You'll Bring:

• A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
• Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
• Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
• Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.
