EmploymentCheck, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator in a hybrid role based near Kings Hill, Kent. You will handle DBS and Right to Work checks, maintain HR records, and support customer queries while ensuring data protection and timely processing.

EmploymentCheck, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG) are registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service to carry out criminal record checks across the UK. Additional services offered include Employment References, Right to Work, Digital Identity and Social Media checks. The team are focused on providing outstanding customer service and expertise in the form of pre-employment vetting checks.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering EmploymentCheck services, ensuring DBS, Right to Work, reference and social media checks are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
This is a role where accuracy, confidentiality and customer service are essential with responsibility for processing sensitive information, maintaining records and supporting customers throughout the checking process.
