Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an Employment Associate/Senior Associate in London with hybrid working. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for clients including large multinationals, and providing high‑quality advice and draft/negotiation of contracts and policies.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE, exceptional drafting skills, and a track record of effective caseload management with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in employment law (contentious and non-contentious).
• Strong drafting abilities for contracts, policies and service agreements.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Provide high-quality employment law advice to clients including large multinationals.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, service agreements and policies.
• Provide employment law support on corporate transactions.
• Play an active role in business development.
