Job summary

ARAG Law is seeking an Associate for our Employment Team with the option of remote working or a hybrid role from our Bristol or Bedwas offices. You’ll manage a varied caseload across contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising employees and employers on issues from discrimination to whistleblowing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys litigation, values client relationships, and wants to develop expertise within a collaborative, ambitious team with clear progression

Qualifications

• Experience advising clients on employment law matters.
• Understanding of Employment Law and Tribunal Rules of Procedure.
• Ability to manage own caseload effectively.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Experience working within an employment law team.
• Experience managing litigated employment claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own employment law caseload and advise clients across a wide range of matters.
• Handle discrimination claims and whistleblowing disputes.
• Develop advocacy skills and gain hands-on experience across disputes and advisory matters.
