Job summary

Creideas are recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. The Associate Employment Solicitor will report directly to the Managing Partner and will require a minimum of 4 years PQE experience.

This unique opportunity offers 100% homebased work, with a preference for full-time but four days per week (Mon-Thu) considered. You will handle contentious and non-contentious matters for individuals and employers, building strong client relationships and committing to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years PQE experience required.
• Background in employment law (pure or mixed with litigation).
• Balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
• Excellent communicator with focus on client care.

• Full time would be preferred but the firm will consider four days per week (working Monday to Thursday). - Flexible working .
• As an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will act on contentious and non contentious matters representing both individuals and employers on the full range of employment law matters.
• An excellent communicator, you will readily build strong and lasting business/client relationships and show a genuine commitment to client care.
• You will have a background in purely employment law or an employment law/litigation or other mix.
