Qualifications

• At least 2 years' PQE gained at a London, national or specialist employment practice.
• Experience acting for corporate and individual clients.
• Strong technical ability coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiasm for building trusted client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Interest in developing expertise across both contentious and advisory employment work.

This role offers exposure to a genuinely broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both organisations and senior individuals.

The client base is broad and includes employers, senior executives and business leaders providing a varied, complex and intellectually engaging workload.

The ideal candidate will have:
