Job summary

AJ Chambers are recruiting a highly motivated Employment Associate to join a dynamic and growing legal practice in the heart of London. You will be involved in Employment Tribunal claims and litigation, complex disciplinary matters, and senior executive exits while delivering excellent client care and commercially aware advisory services.

The role requires 3–4 years' PQE in employment law with experience advising employer clients on contentious and non-contentious matters, including Senior

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience advising Senior Executive clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and collaborative client service approach.
