Salary up to £32,000 depending on skills and experience; benefits include holiday entitlement and pension. Full-time, permanent position based in Ipswich.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working in a target driven environment – business development, sales, recruitment, customer service etc.
• An understanding of the local labour market.
• Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
• Must be IT literate.

Aufgaben

• Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gainingsustainable employment.
• Identify and support individuals with any barriers to work.
• Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
• Support participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.
• Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
• Maintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.
