The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team has an exciting new opportunity for an Employment Advisor to deliver a range of guidance and training services for unemployed people, contributing to their progression into employment, training, and education. Within the Restart Scheme, you will be part of a government initiative that provides personalised support for up to 12 months to help people find jobs in their local area and overcome challenges that hinder employment.
We help make a lasting difference in the lives of people across the North of England and beyond by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment.
Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals, from those who have recently become unemployed to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental health issues, and debt.
