Job summary

Fedcap UK is hiring a people-focused, target-driven individual to help long-term unemployed customers back into meaningful work through tailored, one-to-one support in Crewe. The role focuses on coaching, signposting and empowering clients while building trust and challenging mindsets.

The salary starts at £27,642 and moves to £29,407 after training; hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, onsite in Crewe CW2 7BX.

Job Description

We’re looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.

Salary: £27,642, rising to £29,407 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

Location: Onsite in Crewe ( CW2 7BX )

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

• A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
• Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
• Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
