Location: Office-based role in High Wycombe (HP13 6LA) and Oxford (OX4 1JH). You will be required to split your time between the two offices as and when required, Mon-Fri (9-5pm).

What will you be doing?

• Be the face of Fedcap to employers, selling the benefits of working with us to fill their vacancies with job-ready candidates.
• Develop new business by picking up the phone, knocking on doors, sending bold emails – whatever it takes to get noticed and get results.
• Build relationships with employers and understand what makes them tick so you can match them with the right candidate.
• Help customers shine by prepping them for interviews and supporting them to build confidence.
• Deliver on performance targets – and enjoy celebrating every win, big or small!
• Work closely with job coaches to create a strong pipeline of candidates for live vacancies.
