Job summary

S Knights Recruitment in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Employability Business Development Manager (Account Manager / Sales Manager) to build and manage employer relationships, identify commercial opportunities and support positive employment outcomes.

You will lead and support Employment Liaison Officers, provide direction on engagement, and work with internal teams to match opportunities with participants and employment objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, business development or employer engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and support others with a practical, commercially focused approach.
• Experience in the employability, employment support or recruitment sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop employer relationships and manage key business stakeholders.
• Identify new employer engagement and business development opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing employer accounts.
• Generate employment opportunities for participants.
• Provide direction and support to Employment Liaison Officers.
• Monitor activity and report on outcomes.
• Work with internal teams to align employer needs with recruitment.
• Develop long-term employer partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes.
• Contribute to employment and commercial objectives.
