Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking an Employer Partnerships Manager to build strong employer relationships across the West Midlands, creating recruitment opportunities for learners and securing placements and jobs.

The role offers a competitive salary (£26,000–£28,000) with an uncapped performance bonus, 25 days leave, mileage allowance and flexible regional working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, sales or account management.
• Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employability, skills, training or apprenticeship programmes would be advantageous.
• Experience managing pipelines, opportunities and CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employers across the West Midlands to create recruitment opportunities.
• Generate new business partnerships through networking, referrals and targeted outreach activity.
• Secure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for learners.
• Attend business events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings to expand employer engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute towards performance targets and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider commercial partnerships.
