Candidate Source is inviting applications for an Employers Partnerships Manager to build relationships with West Midlands employers, create recruitment opportunities and help learners move into sustainable employment. You will combine business development with social impact by opening doors and delivering tangible outcomes.

The role offers a competitive salary (£26,000–£28,000) with an uncapped bonus, mileage allowance, 25 days leave plus holidays, and flexible working with regional autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement, recruitment or business development.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with employability or apprenticeship programs is a plus.
• Experience managing pipelines and CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with West Midlands employers to create recruitment opportunities.
• Generate new partnerships through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Secure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.
• Attend events and meetings to expand employer engagement.
• Maintain CRM records and contribute to performance targets and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider partnerships.

Your responsibilities as Employer Partnerships Manager

• Develop relationships with employers across the West Midlands to create recruitment opportunities
• Generate new business partnerships through networking, referrals and targeted outreach activity
• Secure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for learners
• Attend business events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings to expand employer engagement
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute towards performance targets and reporting
• Identify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider commercial partnerships

What were looking for in an Employer Partnerships Manager

• Previous experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, sales or account management
• Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of employability, skills, training or apprenticeship programmes would be advantageous
• Experience managing pipelines, opportunities and CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel

Working Hours

4 days per week pro rata
