Capital City College Group in London is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to drive business development, nurture employer relationships and manage placement opportunities across the College’s networks.

This full-time fixed-term role ends 31 July 2028. You will research prospects, present the College's offer, coordinate placements, and ensure compliance with health and safety and DBS where required. A proactive communicator with strong organisational skills will thrive.

About The Role

This role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31st July 2028.

This is a target-driven employer engagement and business development role. The postholder will research prospects, present the College's offer, understand workforce needs, negotiate suitable opportunities and manage employer accounts from first contact to confirmed opportunity. The Employer Engagement Officer will lead on placement compliance, employer checks, health and safety documentation and placement administration.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience of developing successful relationships with employers and generating work placement, apprenticeship or employment opportunities
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• A successful record of developing employer accounts and converting relationships into vacancies, apprenticeships, paid work placements or other employment opportunities
