Job summary

Ingeus is recruiting an Employer Engagement Consultant to build lasting relationships with local employers and create meaningful job opportunities for participants in Harrow. You will identify prospects, collaborate with Employment Advisors to match candidates to labour market needs, and provide post-placement support to ensure sustainable employment outcomes.

  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert engagement into sustainable employment outcomes.

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Ingeusare looking for a results and relationship drivenEmployer Engagement Consultantto join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of take pride, do the right thing, believe in everyone, care and respect and own itguiding how we support participants, employer partners and each other.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
