Job summary

DYW Tay Cities seeks a School Coordinator to develop and implement an employer engagement programme aimed at enhancing the curriculum and boosting pupils' career awareness and skills development. The role works with senior school leaders and the DYW Core Team to deliver employer offers within the curriculum.

The post holder will build a robust network of local business partners and align activities with regional plans to support national employability priorities and work placement standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a programme of employer engagement that enhances the curriculum and increases pupils’ career awareness and skills development.
• Work alongside senior leaders in the school and the DYW Core Team to deliver employer offers within the curriculum.
• Create and maintain a robust network of local business partners to support employability priorities.
