West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking an Enterprise Coordinator to join the Birmingham Careers Hub and WMCA Careers Hub network. You will connect schools, colleges, training providers and employers to give young people the skills and experiences they need for confident futures.

The role involves building relationships with senior leaders, delivering training, and coordinating a diverse network of Enterprise Advisers.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of working with schools, colleges, and employers.
• Experience implementing Gatsby Benchmarks in education
• Strong communication with senior leaders and partners
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Digital literacy and ability to use IT and social media to amplify impact

Responsabilidades

• Support schools and colleges in developing Careers Provision and connect them with employers and Enterprise Advisers.
• Build relationships with senior leaders in education, including governors.
• Facilitate partnerships between schools, colleges, employers and stakeholders to improve career outcomes.
• Drive progress using frameworks like Gatsby Benchmarks and the Careers Impact System.
• Monitor and evaluate careers programmes to ensure quality and impact.
• Represent the Careers Hub at events and stakeholder engagements.
• Deliver training and share best practices with education and business communities.
• Recruit, train and support a diverse network of Enterprise Advisers in schools and colleges.
