Employer Brand Social Media & Content Manager

Reporting into the Head of Employer Brand, the Social Media & Content Manager will be accountable for leading and evolving our digital and social content approach, to strengthen LSEG's employer brand and achieve our hiring goals!

Role summary:

You'll bring depth and breadth of experience across careers-led digital and social media channels.

You'll have a passion for developing hands-on creative-led content, through authentic and brand aligned storytelling. Comfortable working in fast and performance-based environments, using data and analytics to continuously measure campaigns, optimise and inform performance outcomes. As a trusted advisor to both recruiters and wider business partners, you'll be confident in building positive relationships and networks with colleagues, vendors and our Corporate Affairs and Marketing team.

This role sits within the Employment Brand and Attraction team, part of Talent Acquisition, and is an individual contributor.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage and evolve our digital and social content approach to strengthen LSEG's employer brand and meet hiring goals.
  • Maintain and build LSEG's careers social media channels and content calendar.
  • Create innovative, cohesive content to differentiate LSEG as a great place to work through consistent, brand-aligned content across LSEG.com, social channels, videos, and campaigns.
  • Manage and monitor LSEG's external careers channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Talent Community) ensuring compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to recruiters and business partners.
  • Leverage TA Technology, AI, and Talent Intelligence to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Lead the development of an employee advocacy strategy.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in digital and social media communications, providing training and ongoing advice to the TA team.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in creating authentic, people-led content that attracts high-quality candidates.
  • Proven track record in recruitment marketing, from design to campaign optimization.
  • Creative storytelling skills and ability to design engaging employee advocacy solutions.
  • Proactive, confident, and influential approach to empower teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to change and navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations, preferably in finance or fintech sectors.
  • Global and cross-functional experience is advantageous.
  • Technical proficiency with social media platforms and tools like Adobe, Hootsuite, Beamery, Workday, etc.
  • Curiosity and proactive learning about TA/Employer Brand trends and innovations.
