Trafford & Stockport College Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Engagement & Development Manager to grow its Commercial Trades apprenticeship provision. You will work directly with employers, understand their workforce needs, and develop tailored apprenticeship solutions that align with business goals while creating opportunities for learners across Greater Manchester.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, navigate apprenticeship funding, and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeships, employer engagement, business development or recruitment.
• Proven ability to develop employer relationships and work toward commercial, recruitment or performance targets.
• Strong understanding of the apprenticeship landscape, funding and Digital Apprenticeship Service.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of employers, building long-term relationships and a healthy apprenticeship pipeline.
• Navigate funding arrangements (levy, non-levy, transfers, DAS) and convert enquiries into opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver apprenticeship provision and meet employer needs.
• manage employer journey from initial enquiry to recruitment and enrolment.
