The Bedford College Group is seeking a Business Engagement Lead at the Tresham Campus to drive employer partnerships for Apprenticeships and T-Levels in Northamptonshire. You will engage employers, build a strong pipeline and coordinate industry placements to support student progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or employer engagement with ability to build relationships and targets.
• Planning outreach campaigns and managing pipelines in CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of Apprenticeships, T-Level and FE labour markets.
• Willingness to travel and work independently while safeguarding and inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Identify, engage and develop employer relationships to generate Apprenticeship and T-Level opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of employer leads using outreach, research and CRM tools.
• Source industry placement opportunities for T-Level students in collaboration with curriculum teams.
• Manage relationships and provide labour market insights to improve services and progression.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor performance against targets and uphold safeguarding and standards.
