Computershare Bristol is seeking a Plan Specialist - Payments to process payment transactions, resolve queries and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role is hybrid, based in Bristol with three days in the office and some home-working.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service, investigate issues, and support end-to-end administration of employee share plans.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Processing payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Investigating and resolving payment queries and discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring activities are completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Supporting team objectives and service delivery deadlines
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Assisting with system testing and process changes when required
• Building strong working relationships across the wider business
