Job summary

Computershare in Bristol offers a Procurement Contracts Specialist role with hybrid working. You will support the full contract lifecycle, negotiating with suppliers and onboarding new partners while coordinating with stakeholders and Legal teams.

The role focuses on reviewing supplier agreements, managing renewals, and delivering value through strong commercial judgement and contract management expertise within a global procurement function.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management or supplier management.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts and commercial terms.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier engagement.
• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Good commercial judgement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts and commercial terms.
• Managing contract renewals and supporting the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
• Supporting supplier onboarding and ensuring required documentation is completed.
• Partnering with stakeholders, suppliers and Legal teams to progress contracting activities.
• Maintaining contract records and associated documentation.
• Providing commercial and market insights to support supplier decisions.
• Managing supplier relationships and supporting supplier performance activities.
• Supporting procurement initiatives that deliver value, efficiency and risk management.
