Job summary

LSH Auto Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support managers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle employee relations cases, coach managers, and help improve HR processes to foster a positive workplace.

This on-site role requires up-to-date UK employment law knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel. You’ll travel between dealerships as needed and enjoy a 40-hour week with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Strong organisational skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Experience using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, practical and compliant advice to managers.
• Coach line managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment law best practices.
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business.
• Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to improvements in people processes.
