Job summary

ABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world’s largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions. We are hiring an Employee Relations Advisor to provide pragmatic, timely advice on ER matters, including discipline, grievances, TUPE, and absence management, while supporting line managers across London as needed.

The role requires strong ER knowledge, experience with high-volume environments, and collaboration with HR and payroll teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on employee relations issues such as discipline, grievances and TUPE.
• Ability to log, track and report ER queries.
• Experience supporting line managers and operational leads.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure fairness and compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Prepare tribunal responses and evidence bundles with legal team.
